feeling and expressing gratitude for the spaces we occupy are essential for developing a positive work experience and environment. In my professional roles I show gratitude by showing up for my role and taking experience, even if aversive, as an opportunity to learn. As technology and policies constantly change in my professional spaces it offers an opportunity to deepen my understanding of an organizational impact on the populations they serve.
